How accurate are the transcripts?
Around 96% on clear audio in English, and close to that in the other 30 languages. Names and product terms get better as Murmur learns your team's vocabulary.
Where is our data stored?
In the region you pick when you sign up, encrypted at rest and in transit. Recordings are never used to train models.
